When Something new comes along,such as magnetic levitation and transgenosis,it brings forward higher requirement of scientific literacy to citizen that also brings people's life many advantages.With more and more research available,the original target of scientific literacy has since evolved from the public into civil servant and students,therefore specialized research which is focused on different occupation appeared.At the same time,as one of the most import part in the respondent,teacher has obtained more extensive attention.Since teacher is the group for lecturing and educating,its level of scientific literacy will have a subtle impact on students' scientific capacity and scientific attitude,even learning habit.The scientific literacy of preschool teacher should attract enough attention.Preschool teacher get along with the infant with strong curiosity and desire to explore,however,infant in this period does not have abstract logical thinking ability and longer voluntary attention time.Therefore,teacher should be able to handle the difficulty of knowledge and balance the educational method and artistry.However,according to the research result,research and application of scientific literacy in preschool education in the sense of time is short.This paper analyzed the current situation and problem of scientific literacy of preschool teacher and the cause of the problem,and gives corresponding solutions and recommendations in order to provide valuable information based on the research on its effect of infants and interview and observation of preschool teacher.This paper has following four parts:Introduction: State the causes of the selection of the subject,organize the literature review related to scientific literacy of preschool teacher and explain the aim and meaning,study design and innovation.Part one: Define the core concept in this paper,including scientific literacy,scientific literacy of preschool teacher.Part two: Analyze the current situation and problem of scientific literacy of preschool teacher and understand the reason for the existing problem of scientificliteracy of preschool teacher in Jinan after analyzing the result of observation and interview.Part three: Analyze the training strategy of scientific literacy of preschool teacher,including popularizing concepts of scientific literacy,establishing belief of lifelong learning,kindergarten environment.
