The resource of course is the important concept which is come upwith in the new turn of the national basic educational reform.whateverthe implementation of national course's creation, or the construction ofthe native and school course, we should use the advantage of the nativecommunity and school course adequately,and service for the healthy anddiverse development of student's character.There is rich resource of national, native musical culture in thewestern Hunan multinational area of Hunan northwest. Even in themountainous district or weak school, the resource of the nationaltraditional musical course is very diversified. But with the deep realisticstudy the researcher finds that the resource of the musical course is notexploited and used effectively in such area, the contradiction between theshortage and the idleness of resource is extrusive. For the condition,integrating the realism of the multinational area in the western Hunan,content, principle, manner of the exploitation and utilization in theprimary and middle school's musical course will be discussed and studied,with the analytical procedure of interview, survey and date, the referencedtrain of thought and patter will be given for such research of otherminority. The thesis has 3 parts.Part 1 is the exordium. At first the writer expatiate why he chooses the topic,and then introduce the background, the actuality and thesignification, at last define the interrelated concept, and answer chieflywhat is the multinational area, what is the resource of course, what isresource of musical course in the part 1.Analyzed the resource of musical course in the western-Hunanmultinational area, used the general standard to classify the resource ofcourse, the chief content about the resource of musical course of whichthe character will analyzed will be confirmed elementarily in the part 2.The research about the countermeasure of the music-courseresource's exploitation and utilization in the primary and middle school ofwest-Hunan multinational area will be made in the part 3 which is theimportance of the thesis. The principle, the whole thought, thecountermeasure and the usage-pattern which can be enforceable.
