21st century is the epoch of intellectual economy, and also a century with creativity. The essence and core of intellectual economy is creativity. Facing 21st century, the biggest problem we face is how to develop people's creativity and bring latent ability into full play. To rejuvenate State, the first thing is to rejuvenate education.
