Curriculum Evaluation is one important part of the Curriculum, which leads and controls Curriculum reform. Now, the Information Curriculum is a brand-new Curriculum in primary and junior high school. A set of Evaluation systems about Information curriculum is eager to be established, the new valuation system should follow the advanced principle of Curriculum reform, according to the characteristics of the information course oneself. It should also include the contents, the standard and the method of the evaluation.The development process of modern curriculum evaluation is included in the Measurement period, Goal-based Evaluation period, Responsive Evaluation period and Constructive Evaluation period. The first and second stages pay more attention to evaluating standard, while the Quantitative evaluation was used in the curriculum. The purpose of evaluation is to choose students. The latter two stages pay more attention to the cooperation between teacher and students. Qualitative evaluation was used in curriculum. The purpose of evaluation is to develop students.Fostering information literacy and feature of Information curriculum , Information Technology curriculum not only adopts simple, quantitative test of paper and pen, but also adopts synthetically evaluation. Synthetically evaluation should reflect idea of developmental evaluation effective advance student's information literacy, promote student's development. Quality ELP may be more effective in order to evaluate student's information literacy of ability of creation and ability of solving problem using Information Technology. The article is mainly about the evaluation by collecting students'information in all respects, which is implemented by teachers. In addition, the evaluation cares more about students'development of knowledge and ability.The article is mainly about the theory and practice as follows:First, the article summaries the research origin, the Information Technology curriculum's present research situation, the research goal and the significance, the research method and so on. It also elaborates the educational evaluation theories.Next, the article carries on reconsidering to the existing Information Technology teaching appraisal, elaborates the high school Information Technology new curriculum raise goal and the new teaching assessment idea, summarizes the characteristic which appraised to the Information Technology curriculum.Third, the article introduces the portfolio assessment and E-learning portfolio assessment, analyzed the application feasibility of E-learning portfolio assessment in the high school Information Technology classroom. It introduces the practice of using E-learning portfolio assessment in the high school Information Technology classroom from four aspects. The four aspects is the construction of support platform, clear about the evaluation goal, the formulation of evaluation standard and the development of evaluation way.Finally, the article summarizes the application of E-learning portfolio assessment in the high school Information Technology classroom. I hope that it can give the other colleague who will devote to this work some enlightenment. In view of the fact that the E-learning portfolio assessment supporting platform has a vital role in entire process, the article finally summarizes the module and the function which an E-learning portfolio assessment system should have. We hope it can give some use for reference to those who will design an E-learning portfolio assessment supporting platform.This research's value lies in through the E-learning portfolio assessment teacher can know the teaching goal achieved degree in the Information Technology classroom because students'study information will be promptly analyzed, appraised and given a feedback. Then it comes to true that the teacher can adjust the teaching strategy promptly, so teacher's teaching and the students'study will be promoted.
