Research On The Township- Village Relation In Village Governance Vision

The township-village relation is always concerned by the academia. Although the system text has made in principle stipulation to the township-village relation, but in reality, the relationship between the township government and village organizations (mainly is village committees) does not as well as legal provisions. The phenomenon of relations disorder and conflict rise between the township government and village organizations is more widespread, which badly influence the democracy at the grassroots level and the village government, and the township-village relation serious disorder also directly threatens the township-village social stability. At present, Central government put up an important historical task of building a new socialist countryside, which has poured into the new variable for the township-village relation development. What type influence did the new countryside building on the township-village relation? What type Requirements will it proposes to the village? How the township-village relation rebuild which can make sure the new countryside building go on smoothly? This paper tries to research the township-village relation in the vision of village governance under the background.This paper is divided into three chapters. In chapter 1, we inspect the township-village relation from the historical perspective, discuss the history reform of township-village relation and the changes and features of township-village relation after our state Practiced the villager autonomy system. In chapter 2, first, we inspect the reality type and Impact factors of our country township-village relation under the villager autonomy system; second, compare the township-village relation status with the legal system design, on this basis, point out the specific performance of township-village relation defects; Finally, analyze the reasons of township-village relation defects.
