Research On The Present Condition And Counter-Plans For Developing The Traditional Athlatic Items Of School In Jiangxi Province

With the material inquiry and material report research methods and after making an investigation research on the present situation of 123 traditional school of athlatic items at different levels in Jiangxi province ,including the system of physical education management teacher resources, the basic athletics facilities, basic situation of sports training and competition , financial resource and and the restrictive factors for the development of these schools in Jiangxi province, we have made it clear of its advantages and of its disadvantages.Through the investigation, the following problems can be comprehensive understood: carries out combination of competitive sport and education for athletic has won initial success; there are no full-time coach members, the teachers'records of formal schooling and titles are reasonable, but the female teachers with higher titles are fewer; teachers'training is not enough, high technical level coach of the specialized sports are lacks;the standard athletic fields and the quantity of indoor stadiums are much less; the training time and the number of times can be guarantee, but the studying and the training contradiction is still prominent; the training system is imperfect the coach does not have the system the training plan. The item development is unbalanced and item establishment insufficiently reasonable,insufficiently is with emphasis prominent, track and field proportion oversized and the junior middle school and the elementary school account for the proportion to be smallest; the transportation of the athletes and the traditional school development has been restricted. Sports funds deficient, originates the channel to be narrow;the means of selecting athletes is simple so that the athletes with higher levels are not enough; the file management system of each school is not sound. These problems have directly affected the development of the traditional athletics item schools of Jiangxi province.The thesis has analyzed the above problems and put forward the homologous counter-plans to deal with the present conditions: Enlarges to the traditional athletics item schools function status, the achievement and advanced model propaganda dynamics and uses the many kinds of forms to carry on the dissemination to the information of traditional schools information; develops the young people sports club, founds the young people club in the traditional athletics item school to be allowed to more young people to participate in the sports, expansion fundamental training population,provides a bigger space for the traditional athletics item school training selection; further strengthen the athletics teacher's training and opens up introduces teachers' channel.
