The Analysis And Research On The Present Conditions Situation For Constructing The Traditional Athletic Items Of School In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

At present, with the reform of university physical education and the development of quality in an all-round way, the traditional sports school education is develop in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Especially << Sports Work Ordinance of the school >>, <> and << Management Measures of the Traditional school sports>> are promulgated, by the joint efforts of autonomous regions sports, sports administrative departments and the Traditional schools, it is already formed the level of countries, regions and common development. The three levels of Traditional sports school program has become the basement to cultivate sports reserve talented person in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Carry out quality-oriented education and cultivate students' life-long physical exercise interest and exercise habits, and it is an important part of the overall development of school sports work.This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and analysis to analyze the traditional sports school construction project status, and finds that existing deficiencies, explores the causes of it in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, so as to promote the healthy development of Traditional sports school program. Research results show that: the development situation of whole school sports traditional project in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region is good, the relevant departments pay attention to the traditional project of the development and construction of the school, the school sports traditional project organization, training objectives, and management system is clear, But the basic training management is still need to strengthen. Reasonable structure of teachers and respect-work spirit, but the scientific research ability is not high, the ability of formulating and implementing training plan is further improve; Training venues, the equipment can meet with the needs of the basic training, but still exist the shortage, with the development of social and economic , the funding is diverse and the use of it is reasonable, but there is still inadequate use of funds ; Shortage of funds and location equipment shortages are an important factor to restrict the development of traditional sports school program ; Students have a strong interest in attending traditional project team training , students have a good evaluation of traditional project training process , but the level of autonomous region athletes are less and the reflection of traditional sports achievement is not high. The support of parents of children to attend training support traditional sports school program is the bottleneck of sustainable development.To the main problems existing in the construction of Traditional sports school program in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. This paper puts forward to strengthen management, strengthen assessment, establish long-effect mechanism, increase funding and improve traditional project training environment; Strengthen teachers' team training, and make efforts to improve training efficiency; Expand the project that has ethnic characteristics, stimulate school sports training and give some suggestion that is coordinated with the development of the campus sport culture.
