The thesis is about a study on pressure of young teachers in high school in Dalian. The outcomes of the investigation show that the professional pressure young teachers in high school in Dalian mainly comes from 8 aspects: test and evaluation, burden of various work, pay and working conditions, school working regulations, communication and relationship between colleagues and leaders, students, competition system, assessment and mark. The outcomes of the investigation show that high school teaching profession is one with high pressure. The teachers in Dalian bear high pressure.From the outcomes of pressure test, the main sense of pressure center on 3 aspects: test and evaluation, burden of various work, pay and working conditions. What's more, the thesis also refers to the characteristics of teaching professional pressure: There is no prominent difference in sense of pressure in gender; Teachers of different ages have prominent differences in students, pay and working conditions, competition system. The study also refers to age, years of teaching, nature of working unit, grades of teaching, the title of a technical post, degree of education, the condition of marriage, the type of working unit, Dalian District. Eventually, I propose some suggestions and measures on relieving teachers'pressure.
