The author proposes his own hypothesis on the demands of getting sexual knowledge for college students based on literature review, open - ended questionnaires and individual interviews. This study compiles the preliminary questionnaires of demands of the acquisition of sexual knowledge for college students, which forms the basis of the latter formal questionnaires with the conjunction of questionnaires of the resources of sexual knowledge for college students. 901 college students from 4 cities as Chongqing, Zhanjiang, Shenyan and Chengdu were investigated with the questionnaires, and the correlation of the characteristics of the acquisition of sexual knowledge and psychosexual health were also investigated with the following results:(1) The invented "Questionnaires of Demands of Sexual Knowledge" enjoys very good reliability and validity. The demand of getting sexual knowledge is represented in five aspects: sexual behavior, morals of sex, the psychology of interrelation between males and females, physolosexuality of males and phycosexuality of females.(2) In general, college students are most concerned about sexual behavior in sexual knowledge. In general, the demands of sexual knowledge differ greatly between two sexes, with male students more inclined to get sexual knowledge than female ones.(3) The mutual effects between sexes and geography are salient in general sexual knowledge and in sexual behavior, morals of sex and the psychology of interrelation between males and females.(4) The demands of sexual knowledge and psychosexual health are positively correlated. All in all, those who need more sexual knowledge enjoy healthier psychology.(5) The channels of getting sexual knowledge are hierarchical according the order of universality. The more important the channel is, the results of getting sexual knowledge will be.(6) The level of psychosexual health has salient differences for students ranked as high, medium and low in the universal choice of the four channels from teachers, parents, doctors and books.
