The Present Situation Investigation And Measures Research On Performing The New "Programme" In Chongqing

According to' National Ordinary College Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Instruction Programme', this paper, having consulted many concerned experts and scholars and revised for several times, works out A,B,C,D, these Four questionnaires. These questionnaires fully represent the following seven aspects in the New "programme", which are the curriculum nature, the curriculum goal, the curriculum, the curriculum structure, the curriculum context and teaching method, the curriculum construction and the curriculum resources development, and the curriculum evaluation. By means of questionnaire survey, documents, interviews, and mathematical statistics, this paper carries out the above A. B. C. D. questionnaires on teachers and students sampled from Chongqing 18 colleges, who are 18 directors of the common physical Education teaching 120 P. E. teachers and 800 students. Through these questionnaires, this paper basically grasps the excution of the New "Programme" and some problems given rise to in the colleges of Chongqing. In the past part, this paper, enlightened by many experts and scholars' research achievements and related curriculum theories, is devoted to analyzing the reasons for the mentioned problems and recommending corresponding measures.This Paper, through investigations, draws these following conclusions:1 . From the new semester of 2003 to January of 2007, the majority of colleges in chonginq has actively implemented each item in the new "Programme" ,and made obvious progress.2 . Some colleges in chongqing have not performed the new "Programme" well because of some subjective and objective. these reasons ansthese reasons include the negligence of directors ,the weak sport locations equipement and teachers which can not reach the standarbs of the new " Programme" .3 . As to the curriculum nature and the curriculum gool, considerable teachers can not grasp the essence of the new "Programme" and the overall teaching level of P. E teachers are not satisfactory4 . In the curriculum, most of the colleges can reach concerned repulations. To the curriculum content, the colleges are short of teachers and sports locations to meet the requirements of students.5 . Speaking of the curmconlum construction and the resources development , no outstanding achievements have been obtained .therefore ,it is still necessary for researchers and teachers to develop various curriculum resources.6 . In the evaluation , only few colleges have the contents , the methods and the processes of the curriculum evaluation adjusted and reformed correspondingly.7 . The student' s attitudes towards P. E have changed greatly after the performance of the new "Programme" .moreover, they have formed ,step by step, the conceptions of health first and life - long esercise.
