On Winning Factors Of Dominant Net Sports In China

Based on the conception of event group proposed by Doctor Tian, this thesis divides net sports in China into dominant and sub-dominant subcategories in accordance with the number of medals Chinese net sports players got in the Olympic Games, and takes the dominant event group as the main body. Such methods as statistics, literatures, and dialectic and logic reasoning are employed. By introducing the idea of four constituent factors (technique, management, people, system) in modern production system, the analysis, this thesis makes a systematic analysis to the winning factors and system of the dominant net sports in China. Technique includes the nuclear skills and tactics, and innovation; management mainly deals with humanist management; people concerns drillmasters and athletes; system refers to the overall system. Studies show that innovation in theories, techniques, devices and equipments is the impetus for continuous prosperity of the dominant net sports. In the analysis of nucleus skills and tactics, it is concluded that only through grasping the rules of nucleus skills and tactics can we take the predominant place in the games. Research on the group of drillmasters shows that most of the drillmasters were the previous world champions in those sports items, and what can be concluded is that gold medal drillmasters make gold medal athletes. The humanized managing model, which embodies the managing idea of "humanism", has mobilized the athletes' enthusiasm maximally. The multidimensional reserve personnel cultivating system has not only avoided the single model of national cultivation, but also provided broader developing space for more talented children, feeding for the country reserve talents continuously. China is one of the few countries which hold an "overall system", under which the sports items in China develops gradually and advances rapidly, cultivating a large number of splendid athletes, and realizing the sports course goal of "dashing out of Asia and walking towards the world".After the theoretical analysis, this thesis proposes the suggestions for sustaining development of the dominant net sports in China, and they are: insisting the Chinese characteristic path of "overall system"; promoting the competing skills by training models of national team; speeding up the transition of woman skills into manly models to ensure the success of women sports items; further improving and promoting the managing methods for sports teams; transforming the yearly training cycle into multiple training cycle; putting more emphasis on psychological functions in tournaments; and taking "swiftness" as the nuclear of skills and tactics.For a rather long time, when people are exclaiming and recognizing the good results of the dominant net sports in China, they neglect the essence behind the results, leaving those winning experiences cannot be transplanted to other competition sports. Establishing a strong physical country and striving for enhancing the sports cause in China are the responsibility of physical education staffs. Therefore, the analysis of the essence and disciplines of winning factors of the dominant net sports in China enables the winning experiences to be transplanted onto other competing sports items, providing a reference for the less dominant sports items in China, and promoting the development of other related sports theories and practice.
