| This paper selected the actual case of Guangdong Hongyuan team winning the championship in the 2019-2020 season as the research case,used document analysis,investigation,mathematical statistics and other methods to study the basic theory of competitive basketball winning system based on system science,and constructed the competitive basketball winning system.On this basis,the paper analyzed the winning factors of basketball,found out the main problems,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.The conclusions were as follows1.The winning system is an organic whole composed of various elements under the conditions of competition rules and in the process of competition,which ensures the full play of athletes’ physical fitness,technology,tactics,psychology and intelligence through strategy,and at the same time,suppresses the opponent’s play to achieve the goal of defeating the opponent.Winning system is composed of winning principle,winning decision and winning implementation.2.Guangdong Hongyuan club’s management system and profit-making method are more advanced,and the incentive system for players is also better.It is Hongyuan club’s rich treatment and humanized management in operation and management that motivate players to work hard and win the championship.3.The coach team of Guangdong Hongyuan team has a huge advantage.Its club coaches have many years of competition experience.In the competition,the data collection of Liaoning Benxi Iron and steel team members is very fast.At the same time,the coach has rich experience,is good at motivating the team members,and can arrange them to the appropriate technical and tactical positions.Because of this,the players are able to perform well on the court.In the face of the opponent’s changes,they are calm and flexible,which limits the opponent to the greatest extent.4.Guangdong Hongyuan team members’ height,weight,age,competition experience,psychological quality and substitutes all have certain competitive advantages,and they have higher control capabilities in the competition than their opponents.The current foreign aid force Wims has played a stable role,can attack and defend comprehensively,which is the core factor for Guangdong Hongyuan to win the championship.5.Guangdong Hongyuan’s techniques and tactics are used properly.The team’s rebounds,assists,steals and blocks,and the control of mistakes and fouls are superior to the opponent’s.The team’s offensive and defensive characteristics are demonstrated.The overall cooperation of the team to the extreme is an important factor to win the championship. |
