Parent-child conflict, as the main content of parent-child relationship, has attracted many eyeball sights into its researching field. The frequency of Parent-child conflict and the quality of parent's coping style with it have important influence on child's personality, cognition and self-development as well as the quality of parent-child relationship. Thus, the study on parent's coping style in the instance of parent-young child conflict has important effect on the sociality development of children.The researches done previously have shown that its study object mostly on adolescents, and the topics usually include the characteristic of parent-child conflict, the coping style of parent-child conflict, etc. al. However, up to now, the research on parent-young child conflict is still least and the researches done mostly are descriptive study, there is little study on parent-young child conflict in-depth and systematically.Therefore, this research from the angle of educational psychology and developmental psychology mainly focuses on the parent's coping style in the circumstance of parent-young child conflict and its influential factors by systematic exploration combined demonstration with dialectic research. Firstly, "a parent-child conflict questionnaire for young children's parent" is worked out, and based on it we explore the trait of parent's coping style in the instance of parent-young child conflict. Then, the research explores the modifying factor of parent's coping style in the instance of parent-young child conflict. And put forward some policies to improve the quality of parent-child relationship based on correlative theory. The study purpose is to enrich and develop the study field of parent-child conflict and parent-child relationship, and show realistic evidence for improving the quality of parent-child relationship and the healthy personality as well as the sociality development of young children. The main conclusions are as follows:I .The intensity of parent-young child isn't violent. The primary conflict forms are linguistic conflict and emotional conflict, body conflict is least; the primary conflict content are from learning habit and living habit, the last is intercourse habit.II .Parent's coping style has significant difference at the age of parent, the educational backgrounds of parent, relationship with the child and the age of young child. The results show that:Parent's coping style of authority has significant difference for different age of parents. The frequency of authority has a descending trend by the rising age of parent.Parent's coping style has significant difference at different educational backgrounds of parents. Parents with the junior education or below usually adopt more evading coping style; however, parents with the higher education usually adopt less evading coping style.Fathers are more confident than mothers in the circumstance of parent-young child conflict.Parent's coping style has significant difference on the different age of young child. The frequency of authority coping style has a descending trend by the rising age of young child; the frequency of evading coping style has an ascending trend by the rising age of young child; the frequency of compromising coping style has an "inverse V" trend by rising age of young child.III.There are three primary factors which include the parent, the intensity of parent-young child conflict and the stander-by affect the parent's coping style on parent-young child conflict.
