To meet the needing of teaching practicing, normal university's students' teaching ability is becoming a focus by the researchers and the teachers. Fostering in teaching ability for the intending teachers who the students are studying in P.E. is not only important for the improvement of teaching quality, but also the reform of curriculum of undergraduate. Due to the lack of the relative research, this essay focuses on the item, it is looking forward to provide certain supplement for the sports teaching ability fundamental research, for enhances the student's aerobic teaching ability to provide the certain reference. The research mainly takes the questionnaire survey, the literature material, the mathematical statistic and the logical analysis to construct the system of the student's teaching ability of aerobic. Investigate the situation of the student's aerobic teaching ability at present, analysis the factors that affects the aerobic teaching ability, proposes certain countermeasures. Below according to investigations is the conclusion:1. Aerobic teaching ability is the teachers' (who will be teacher in the future) synthetic behavior which shows in the activity of teaching organic and operation, the ability of aerobics by physiological diathesis, the characters of psychology.2. The aerobic teaching ability can be divided into four parts: the ability of design, the ability of organic and operation of teaching, the ability of evaluating, the ability of the exploiter of curriculum.The teaching designed capacity mainly includes the ability of research aerobics teaching theory, complicate teaching document, selects teaching materials, teaching methods and music, understanding students; The organization executive ability including the ability of utilize modernization teaching methods to teach, the ability of leading aerobics, the demonstration and the explanation ability, the ability to decompose and utilize music, corrects wrong, organize and transfer students, teaching strain, understand and instruct music, the synthesis utilization of teaching methods, the arrangement of teaching step, the preliminary scientific research innovation, the esthetic performance, reasonably arranges the movement combination and the complete set movement, the organization performs the ability as well as the analysis movement and solve questions ability; The teaching appraisal ability mainly includes the ability of evaluate the student result , the teaching goal, the effect, evaluate the process, referee aerobics; The curriculum developing ability mainly to have developing teaching materials and developing teaching resources.3. For the P.E. aerobic students, the ability of formulate teaching documents, determine teaching behavior goal and design teaching methods and media do not include in teaching designed ability. The organization and executive ability do not include the ability of thought character guidance and arrange the location and utilize acoustic equipment.4. The factors that influence the specialty teaching ability of the students which specially choose aerobics in sports education specialty include: knowledge, technology and skill what students' grasps; Students' disposition and so on their own factors; Environmental factors; the teachers own ability limited as well as the situation of the teachers training and so on.5. In what teachers raising aerobics teaching ability, the understanding of teachers and students is consistent, but students reflect its field research ability condition inadequate direct ratio with teacher's raise.6. The methods to enhance the teaching ability of the aerobic students in P.E. include: Construct aerobics teaching ability structure, regulate the content of the aerobics teaching ability; Pay attention to practice; Includes the teaching inspection content the teaching ability; Take attention to sharp students' ponder ability; Promote the materials accumulation of the students.
