Universities Moral Education Innovation

"Education is the foundation, and moral education has high priority." The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China (16th NCCPC) put forward for the first time the idea that law-based governance and virtue-based governance complement each other, and this shows the importance of moral education once again. In the new era, how to carry out moral education in the college and how to renovate moral education in the university is a new task in the face of moral education workers in the university. This paper discusses moral education renovation in the college from the viewpoint of talents internationalization. The paper includes 5 parts.The first part is about the study on "the related concept of moral education and college moral education". The paper illustrates the intension of moral education and college moral education from the angle of politics, and analyzes the ever developing social facts, the college students' present situation and the challenge and development trend facing college moral education.The second part is about the study on "moral education as the status, role and objectives". Through analyzing the aim, environment and object of college moral education in the new era, the paper explains the basic idea of college moral education, and in the meantime, analyzes present bewilderment in the college moral education.The third part is about the study on "moral education of features and content". Beginning with the basic characteristics of moral education and the systematic construction of college moral education contents, and from the angle of citizen morality construction, the paper suggests the basic contents of college moral education work in the new era.The fourth part is about the study on "moral education innovation theoretical basis and the basic principles". Based on the overall and harmonious scientific development viewpoint, and the basic viewpoint of pedagogies, sociology, psychology and science of management, the paper puts forward the five principles in the work of college moral education.The fifth part is about the study on "renovation of college moral education". Through the explanation of the previous parts, the paper systematically clarifies that the renovation of college moral education is that the moral education theory and practice should develop with the change of the environment of the new era, and it admits that the content, method and channel of college education should be enriched and improved consistently, and that the new ideas of college moral education should come from the practice and then return to the practice, and it should suit the practical needs and guide the practice correctly.
