The construction of teaching quality monitoring system of undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities has become the focus of theory field of higher education, it is also a great subject which is to be settled in the practice of teaching management in the colleges and universities. Therefore, integrated with the methods of literature retrieval, comparative research and other ,this paper tries to construct and improve the the teaching quality internal monitoring system in the colleges and universities with relevant theories of higher education, management, higher education evaluation, educational statistics, system science and so on.The paper contains 4 parts:Part 1 mainly introduces the research background of teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses in domestic colleges and universities, analyses comparatively the research actuality at home and abroad, expatiates the research intention and its meaning, and illuminates the research methods in this paper.Part 2 sets definitions of the relevant concepts of teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities.
