Abstract/Summary:
With high speed development of higher education reform, the teaching quality internal monitoring of undergraduate courses is paid more and more attention as an very important part of the quality guarantee system of undergraduate courses. The construction of teaching quality monitoring system of undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities has become the focus of theory field of higher education, it is also a great subject which is to be settled in the practice of teaching management in the colleges and universities. Therefore, integrated with the methods of literature retrieval, comparative research and other ,this paper tries to construct and improve the the teaching quality internal monitoring system in the colleges and universities with relevant theories of higher education, management, higher education evaluation, educational statistics, system science and so on.The paper contains 4 parts:Part 1 mainly introduces the research background of teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses in domestic colleges and universities, analyses comparatively the research actuality at home and abroad, expatiates the research intention and its meaning, and illuminates the research methods in this paper.Part 2 sets definitions of the relevant concepts of teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities. This part starts with the meanings of the quality, analyses the connotations of the quality, teaching quality, undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities and other concepts in detail. In the end, this paper sets a scientific definition for the concept of teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities.In Part 3, author attempts to construct the teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses in the colleges and universities with relevant scientific knowledge and theory. The author thinks that, the teaching quality internal monitoring system of undergraduate courses is composed of 7 parts-objective system, organization system, institutional system, standard system, information system, regulating and control system and evaluation system. Objective system has the function of pointing out the direction in the teaching internal monitoring system; organization system has the function of organization and guarantee; institutional system stipulates the functions and standardizes the orders; standard system defines the standards; information system is one of the basic components of teaching internal monitoring system, which is also one of the basic conditions of effective running of teaching internal monitoring system; adjusting and control system adjusts and control the teaching internal monitoring system; evaluation system, judges the problems and their causes, is the main supervision method of teaching internal monitoring activities. These 7 parts, which are related together and dependent on each other compose the teaching quality internal monitoring system.In Part 4, author makes a brief summary. In addition, to the disadvantages in this paper and the future of this area, author makes an expectation.
