Study Of The Construction Of Beijing Traffic System Based On The Green Olympic

With Success in bidding for the 2008 Olympic Games ,the feature in Beijing is changing rapidly . In order to successfully hold this games, the Beijing municipal government puts forward the slogans of"the Green. Scientific and technological , and Humane Olympic Games". Transportation is paid close attention extremely.It is well-known to all that the vehicle emission has become the main source of atmospheric pollution in Chinese big and medium cities . As the internationalizing metropolis , there is similar problem in Beijing . Therefore , the improving of the atmospheric pollution condition is the success key to carry out the Olympic Games. And the premise of its realization is to achieve the Green Olympic Transportation .This dissertation develops the Green Olympic Transformation system with the theories of transformation planning , system engineering and environmental engineering . It requires more from the transportation system in Beijing city. This article analyzes the status quo and the problem of the development of public transportation in Beijing .The main transformation vehicles planned in the 2008 Olympic Games ,are analyzed and evaluated .The relationship between Intelligent Transformation System (ITS) and urban environment is also discussed , and then the vision to apply ITS in the 2008Olympic Games is put forward .At last ,combining the factual condition in Beijing, some suggestion and advice on developing the Green Olympics Transformation system is brought forward.
