Green School is a novelty arising in the field of education with further development of sustainable development strategy. It is commonly understood that environmental education in school is not simply to impart natural science knowledge to students, but should also take into account human factors. Some developed countries called for reforms of traditional schools on environmental problems, as a result of what come to the setting up of numerous specialist schools. How to adapt to Chinese national conditions? What are the factors influence the establishments of Green Schools? What kind of mode is the most appropriate one for person's full development? This paper referred to some external and internal publications for analysis and evaluation results, combined with the actual situation of the green primary and middle school in our country, thus advanced the mode of ISPAG. This paper has a foothold on finding the general mode and regular pattern in setting up a Green School, so that schools in different stages and classes can establish a suitable and pleasant Green School in accordance with it's self-conditions and outside environment.The body of this paper has three parts. The first part is a brief introduction to the Green School. According to the definition and origin of Green School, I concluded five qualities of it as follows: the quality ofbeing proactive, ecological and harmonious and the quality of environmental preservation and sustainable development. After that, I summed up the significance of Green School. The second part is about the set-up mode of current Green Schools at home and abroad. The purpose is to use the experience of other countries for reference, for example, the Biological Schools in Britain, the Environmental Schools in Sweden, the Green Schools in America, the Green School Interconnected Scheme in Taiwan and the Green Schools in China mainland. In the third part, I analyzed the ISPAG mode of Green School. This new mode is raised from my analysis on Green Schools at home and abroad with combination of my practical job experience. The theoretical basis of this mode is the value of sustainable development, environmental education and school atmosphere. The analyzing method used is SWOT analytic method of enterprise management and Environmental Management System of ISO14001.
