University laboratories are the source of knowledge innovation and the base of personnel cultivation as well. The opening of laboratories is not only the objective requirements of developing innovative personnels and accomplishing the purposes of quality education, but also the significant aspects of Educational and Teaching Reform. The open laboratory of educational technology undertakes the task of train teaching skills of teachers in future and it helps develop creative thinking and innovative abilities of students. It does good to the effective use of teaching and experimental resources, and it can propel teaching reforms in school education, improve teaching quality and promote competition among universities. What's more, such laboratorieshave great potential social benefits.Beginning with the open experiment's implication, the author elaborates its possibilities and feasibilities, and, based on a great amount of investigations, puts forwards the framework of the open laboratories of educational technology fit for our school. We exert ourselves to be scientific in laboratory management. In this thesis, the author, with his own working experiences, gives a systematical explanation to the formulation of experimental items in such open laboratories, the selecting and purchasing of educational technique equipment, its management and appointment system and evaluation methods of experimental skills. Then the author points out some practical management system ,methods of management and evaluation, and opening policy. Furthermore, the author makes a brief introduction to his research to the open laboratories of educational technology. |
