For developing education, teachers surely have to go ahead of the rest under the background of revitalizing the nation through science and education, and education as the foundation. Teachers' professionalization is the main goal of the reform in teachers' education in the world, also the basic direction of the reform and development of higher teachers' education of our country at present. The purpose of teachers' professionalization is to promote professional quality and professional status of the teacher (the teachers of middle and primary schools), which involves efforts of various fields. But higher education of teachers is the most all-round way and the most systematical in promoting teacher professional quality .In our country, educational concept, offered speciality, training mode, course system, content of course and teaching method etc. of higher teachers' education all obviously lag behind the requests of the times, even lag behind the paces of elementary educational reform. Current teaching situation and teaching quality of normal colleges & universities can't meet the need of training new-type teachers who are initiative and creative, yet can't meet the need of teachers' professional development."Educational scientific research is the first productivity in educational development ", and " teacher as researcher " has already become an important trend in teachers' professional development. So normal colleges & universities have no other choices but strengthening and depending on educational scientific research, so that the theory of higher teachers' education could be enriched, perfected and developed; and the specialized level of higher teachers' education could be promoted; and quality of teachers' training could be improved in an all-round way (especially of research-oriented teachers' training) ; meanwhile, teachers' professionalization could be advanced in a more effective manner. This thesis, based on holding the inner link between educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities and teachers' professionalization, adopting documental method combining with investigation as well as the theoretical research combining with practical research, analyzes the main defects of educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities of our country and the restriction deeply brought by these defects against teachers' professional development, and discusses the countermeasures of improving educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities of our country and the facilitation carried out by those improvements to teachers' professionalization.This thesis, launching around the relation between educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities and teachers' professionalization, starts with a reservation from reason, sets a foothold in analyzing the current situation, and gain the destination in the future development. Besides preamble and concluding remark, the full thesis is divided into three parts altogether.The first part defines relevant concepts of educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities and teachers' professionalization in terms of inner link of the two, and makes clear the historical mission of educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities and the reliance of teachers' professionalization on educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities: profession can not do without science, professional development can not do without scientific research, the teacher's profession can not do without the support of the science of education, the course of teachers' professionalization is also the specialized process of the educational science , teacher training and teacher quality; and to perfect the system of the educational science, to develop educational scientific theory, to instruct educational reform, to raise the quality of training teacher , to develop teachers' professional quality can not do without educational scientific research in normal colleges & universities...
