| The continuous development of higher vocational education has furthered the research of teaching in this field. The practice-directing curriculum mode and the learning mode of practical learning have emerged.Starting with the training aims of higher vocational education, the research represents some problems that exist in higher vocational education, and fully ascertains the effectiveness of practical learning to the training of higher vocational techincal talents with the successful practice-directing mode and the mode of part-time studying and part-time working.Firstly the paper analyzes the status quo of teaching, the problems, and the causes in Chinese higher vocational education, and tries to find the teaching mode that fits with the training goals of higher vocational education, as well as the learning mode of practical learning, which is the most effective mode under the teaching mood. Then, the paper makes a deep study of practice learning, and finds out the characteristics and the theoretical supports of it through the analysis of its nature. Finally, according to the principle of the teaching design, the paper makes a teaching design of the learning objectives, content, learning materials, learning environment, learning strategies, and evaluation of performance of practical learning, and makes an project that is innstructive to practical learning. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the learners, a supportive platform of practical learning is developed. |
