But there are huge business profits behind the guide. Such as state owned capital, multinational capital and private-owned capital are all want to get the maximum increment during the process. Capital has great energy mobilize many resources such as the government, expert, mass media, and so on. But it also makes great extrusion towards the ordinary resident.The production of the entire urban space in Shanghai is mostly the result of the interaction of capital and power. But what is unusual in the historical and cultural area is that another important resource involving in it. That is culture. The whole production process of the space in historical and cultural area is full of the imagination of foreign scenery and feelings, which present in the form of western-style buildings, trees and decorations in the street. The special culture has its social nature, however. It must be pointed out that the imagination of foreign scenery does not belong to local residents, but elites from all over the world. In the process of the production of such space, the government, capital and culture are all involved in the globalization system of reproduction.
