The Case Study Of University Graduates' Self-Employment

In the thesis Establishing of their own company by university graduates are case studied, which describes the outlook and inner world of the university students in the process of self-employment and indicates their change of the role and the problems they are confronting including the defect they possess and the disadvantages from the support of the society through analyzing the background of the development of economy, the trend of knowledge economy, commercial environment has gradually formed, and the severe problem of employment. Furthermore, the thesis shows practical solutions.There are four chapters :Chapter one is preface which introducing the background and the meaning of the study upon graduate-self-employment, commenting about the situation. Relevant definitions and means of studying were given.Chapter two includes stories of creating companies, exposing the real experiencesof university students.Chapter three analysis and suggestions are given. Five cases are chosen to show the motives, characteristics and functions.Chapter Four dissects thinking. I have summarized some conclusions of case study systematically, and put forward the correct attitude of treating the graduate-self-employment, and prospected the subsequent study. Finally, I have reviewed such problems as effective intensity, believable intensity, ethics of the research, etc.The final result of the study reveals the graduate has his/her own company is a natural thing. The successful University Graduates' Self-employment has itself own factors. It is neither inconceivable difficulty to overcome which learning from the books, nor the story by the media.The graduate owns his/her company is unnecessary relation with overmuch toughwork and lucky enough. You will succeed if you are interested in the project and the life gives you time and wisdom to achieve it.
