This subject plays a very important role in the talents training in the high education. The development of the economy in our country has considerably promoted the development of the high education. This not only meets the urgent needs of the economic construction, but also gets good comments and concern by the most of the organizations, the students and their parents. Therefore, how to ensure the teaching quality of the high education has virtually become the most concerned question of the government and the public.This thesis is aimed at exploring the main issues in the educational evaluation of our country from the following five chapters:Chapter one introduces the origin and the development of the educational evaluation, and then covers the main characteristics of the educational evaluation and its historical revolution in our country.The author analyzes the influence of the educational evaluation in theory in chapter two. And also this influence to our society and country is valued objectively with the analysis of the impartiality and effectiveness of the educational evaluation and its effect on the educational level, developing direction and educational beliefs of the high education.The international comparison of the educational evaluation is presented in chapter three. Moreover, the thesis compares and analyzes the educational evaluation of the other countries from the different perspectives, such as financial status, evaluation model and the main points of the evaluation, and then expounds the implication of the educational evaluation abroad to our country.Chapter four takes a look at the analysis of current issues existing in the educational evaluation of our country. The evaluation models, methods and indexes as well as the management of the educational evaluation are explored in this chapter.It focuses on the countermeasures against the improvement of the educational evaluation in our country in chapter five. We should choose the most suitable evaluation models, methods and indexes according to the national situation of our country, and set up the reasonable policies of the educational evaluation, perfect the system of it.By the analysis and investigation on the system of national education evaluation, the actualities and developing trends of high education evaluation system were discussed in the section of academic study and practice analysis of educationalevaluation. Face to some defects presented in the educational evaluation system, the evaluation organization, the evaluation members, and the policies of monitoring, some innovative proposals for high education evaluation was presented in this thesis. The high education evaluation system needs to culture a passel of experts, and to make a series of model criterions, which adapts to national situations and accords with the international traditions of high education evaluation. The parents of students and the enterprisers of community should be invited to take part in the practices of educational evaluation. The principles of high education evaluation would economize existing resources and impactful monitoring to the achievements of educational evaluation. I believe that all of above novel standpoints will be beneficial to improve the levels of national education evaluation.
