More and more scholars have realized that the influence which the diversity of places for the economy activity. They are trying to put the space factor into the traditional economy analysis theory frame, research economy activities and phenomena from the view of space. The importance of spatial statistic analysis has been acceptable. Along with the development of computer technic, it's possible to realize the spatial statistic analysis in certain software. How to comprehend and apply this statistic method,to find new realize method for the statistic theory. It's what this study mainly discusses. The main contect of this study include the follows:Capter 1 is the introduction which expatiates the purpose of the study, the basic theory and the research actuality of spatial statistic analysis. The purpose of the study is to introduce spatial statistic analysis method to remedy the shortage of the traditional statistic analysis, bring forward a new analysis method that base on R differ from mainstream method, and demonstrate this analysis method has some advantages that the mainstream method don't have.Chapter 2 is using R to prepare realization of spatial statistic analysis. First, introduce the character , environment, GUI interface and command of R,then describe the preparation of a package's acquirement,install,loading.Chapter 3 mainly discusses the theory of spatial autocorrelation. It contains the meaning of spatial autocorrelation and spatial weight, two popual method of measure spatial autocorrelation index: Moran's I and Geary'sC. Then, introduce the computing and testing method of the two index. At the last, using R to realize the computing and testing method of the two index taking the oldcol dataset for a example.Chapter 4 mainly discuses the local spatial statistic analysis. Firstly, introduce three local spatial statistic index: LISA, local G and Moran scatter plot, in common use separately. Then their fomat, character, affiliation and distinguish were expounded. lastly, using R to realize the three spatial statistic method taking the afcon dataset for a example.Chapter 5 is an analysis of Guangdong province 2005 average per person GDP using the realized method in R and its package from chapter 2 to chapter 4.The result contains global and local spatial statistics outcome and its analysis. Finlly, we bring forward some advices according to the analysis. |
