Implicit learning is a unconscious process which produces pure knowledge and runs parallel with explicit learning way, namely learners unconsciously grasp some mutative rules behind irritative environment, but they cannot accordingly realize what they acquire. When compared with explicit learning, implicit learning can resist effectively disturbance ,which is immune from age and IQ.However, with the deep-going researches, more controversies on its nature and inner mechanism appear, which consider independence of age and IQ rely likely on given conditions. As well known, during the manipulation of intricate cognitive tasks, when stimulation is rapidly presented at the same time no exact feedback, explicit learning is difficult to grasp the inapparent covariative rules, while implicit learning can make for grasping them. Therefore, the advantages of implicit learning frequently appear in learning athletic skill, which already are testified by many researches. But the most researches overlook this phenomenon if the implicit learning ability in their major performs difference when there are biggish differencen on their athletic knowledge and experience between the subjects.Based on the consideration,in order to probe farther into the following problems: when there are biggish difference on their athletic level and items between the subjects, when they implicitly learning athletic skll ,if their individual difference is as the same low as Reber thinked and if there exist sex difference and time effect?16 outstanding undergraduate athlets and generic undergraduate athletes(men and women are half respectively) are selected who are distributed to 4 groups and adopted pursuit tracking tasks. The results are as follows:1.During the implicit learning athletic skill, whether their level is high or...
