Scientific Talent Ideology And Independent Teaching Mode In Middle School

This text is divided into three chapters .The first chapter analyzed the importance of scientific talent ideology ,it pointed out that ,in the new era ,Science and technology constitute a primary productive force ,we have to rejuvenate our country through science and education .We have to admit, the knowledge and talented person becomes the two greatest fulcrums of the modern ear . The talented person not only as the creator of knowledge but also undertake, spread, use knowledge, its quantity and quantity, just become the key factors of economy growth and social progressive.Education can train men for talent, so it has the important meaning towards carrying out science talent ideology. The ideology of science talent point out which kind of person can be as talented people, and clarify the orientation of education.Then, in chapter 2, this text makes the analysis to the present condition, key problem and reasons of the teaching of the middle school in our country .As matters stand , along with the extension of the scale, the reform in education is carrying on, the teaching of the middle school has already obtained progress and developments, but the problem that it exist also can't neglected .As things are at the moment, the key problem existing in middle school educate include that :The student's lack of creative ability ;The student lacks the democracy and freedom spirit ;The school despise virtuous teach and mental state education, student's personality is not sound .The main reasons of above-mentioned problems lie in :Firstly, the currently education system in our country is unreasonable ,which cause the student lack of creative ability, losing the democracy and freedom spirits , cause the school lay too much stress on intellectual education in school and ignore virtuous teach, so that distort the student's personality ;The next in order, educator's misunderstanding of teaching subject consciousness, also is the reason can't neglect of ;The third, disadvantageous social milieu also is to cause the output obstacle of above-mentioned problem.At the end, in chapter 3, this text try to look for the counter -measure. It put forward the concept of the independent teaching mode, thinking that the independent teaching mode is a good way to deal with the existence problem in the middle school .Concretely ,as the internal problem of education itself , we can solve it by changing education principle and the course system, improving the teaching method and building up the new teaching evaluation system etc. all of the method can resolve availably, with regard to the exterior problem educating, it needs the leading of the national policy, the formation of the good social milieu, then it can proceed in an orderly way and step by step.
