Transfer the teacher process of aggressive, is a process that stirs up teacher's motive, but the foundation of this kind of motive is teacher's demand, need is not only an inside headspring of aggressive of teacher, but also a teacher behavioral basic motive.The former research limits mostly at need total structure or the discussion of the layers to the teacher, to the youth teacher-the demand of special community and the demand difference of community internal different profile involves the less. This research takes the youth teacher's demand as core, makes use of the method of substantial evidence research, analyses different type youth teacher's demand difference.The statistical analysis of a great deal of questionnaire data express that the youth teacher's basic demand totally falls into 11 category: the demand of maintenance existence, the demand of material enjoyment, the demand of ego development, the demand of the love and natural affection, the demand of spirit culture, the demand of work conditions, the demand of the friendship and social intercourse, the demand of social guarantee , the demand of network exchange, the demand of justice and fair, the demand of independent participation. It is remarkable that the network exchange has already become the youth teacher's basic demand.The youth teacher is an unbalance to the strong degree of 11 kinds of basic demands, investigation shows, for the youth teacher, the most important 5 kinds of demands is: the demand of maintenance existence, the demand of spirit culture, the demand of the love and natural affection, the demand of ego development, the demand of material enjoyment.The youth teacher of the suburb County ,the demand of the spirit cultural is more stronger than the youth teacher in downtown.
