Study Of University Statute And Its Formulation In China

With the planned economy changed to the market economy, establishing the education system which suits it is becoming necessary. Specifically speaking, universities school independently, facing the society. Besides, in order to carry out the nation—ruled—legally strategy and make the university administration standardized and lawful, managing school by laws is the main mode. In this case, formulating university statues is imminent. But, in China, the literatures about university statues are so scarce that there are many mistakes in the written statutes because of lacking the theoretic instruction. Therefore, the research of university statutes is an urgent matter.This article is made up of four chapters.Chapter One deals with the implication of university statutes,the history of Chinese and foreign university statues ,the nature of the statues as well as the necessity of statutes formulation .Chapter Two deals with the university statues formulation, including main body, basis and procedure. The chapter analyzes the theory of them and describes the present situation of them in our country.Chapter Three deals with the content of university statues. First, the chapter analyzes it theoretically at the basis of Jurisprudence and Histology. Second, the chapter describes the present situation of the university statues content in our country.Chapter Four deals with the problems in our country university statues and some suggestions on improving them.
