| Education is the foundational career of building the Chinese socialization. Concept of education in general contains three fields that is family education, school education and society education. These three fields are not only independent but also communicate with each other. Family education happens in the period of early life and existing through humans' developing in their whole life, which purpose is to change a human being in biology to a human in society who can be suitable in social environment, take part in social activities and play a certain role in society , that is, to realize the socialization of human being. Carrying out family education is the project of changing an underage to be an adult. Family education refers not only the growth of people but also the future of country.The contact of this article is that observation and assessment of social education for the young under the leading of Marxism. The family for growth of the underage is the foundational factor of reforming society. The various changing which in the fields of polity, economic and society is influencing the process and affect of socialization education. In the reforming society, education is changing both in context and form. This article analyzes the social education and the influence of family environment in reforming society to the young and the theory of education on mind and police to the underage.This article is in the textual way .the purpose of this article is pursing and finding change of both inside and outside environment of family in reforming society and the influence which brought by the change to the underage. This article refers to the education on minding and police research, It is on the foundation of collecting and analyzing the theory of other famous people with the similar ideas and refer to searchingachievements of educationlogy and sociology . The above reasons decide that this article has the special features of different subjects at the same time.
