Teachers' development is a topic of vital importance in the world teaching development, concerning many fields of research on teachers' development, of which, teacher autonomy is a new concept. The promotion of teacher autonomy not only promotes their sustainable development, but improves schools' teaching quality. However, so far researches of this kind are far from enough.The following research, based on an analysis of literature review and personal research, adopts a methodology combined individual narrative analysis with theory analysis to construct an analytic system of teachers' development based on autonomy. Also, based on individual narrative analysis, it gives an integrative analysis on how teachers develop themselves, what they get in the process and the factors affecting their development. The research offers corresponding solutions and advice to the problems in their autonomy development process.The primary purpose of this research is bringing forward teacher autonomy as a way for teachers' development, that is, teachers should develop themselves independently.
