The rise of American teachers’ professional sports in the 1980s creates world teachers’ professional sports. With the development of teacher professional sports, teachers’ professional autonomy problem becomes increasingly salient. As a general and basic human need, autonomy is human natural tendency, which takes an independent, free, self-determination and initiative to create for the main features; it has the internal value and significance there. Since the existence of autonomy, dependence came into being, dependence originated in economics, and pedagogy to use. Autonomy and dependence is like a coin has two sides, with the professional development of teachers throughout the process. In practice, teaching, on the one hand, we promote teachers should be their own masters, to fully realize their professional autonomy; On the other hand, teachers in their professional growth process, and have to attached to some factors. In this way, autonomy and dependence of the game has become an essential part of teachers? professional development. The development of teachers? professional autonomy depends on handling the relationship between professional autonomy and dependence in order to achieve balances of autonomy and dependence.This paper consists of four parts.The introduction summarizes and analysis the related researches of autonomy and dependence for domestic and foreign literature.The first part takes multi-dimensional interpretation of the concepts of autonomy and dependence of teachers? professional development, further analysis of the relationship between autonomy and dependence in teacher professional development.The second part conducts a comprehensive review for an excellent teacher professional development process. From external subject attributes, Interpersonal relationships, technical specifications and system specifications, analysis the excellent teacher professional development process.The third part perspective the teachers’ professional development independent and dependent from the game theory, and explores the balances strategy of the autonomy and dependent. Interpersonal skills, teachers and students sublimate education service concept by the communication and dialogue; Establish communication between teachers and creation of a new teacher cooperation culture; Realize communication and contact of education multilateral and build the subject education network. Technical norms, skills training will be combined with the personality of teachers, emphasizing the subject of professional development; through teacher’s independent reflection, strengthen the education community interactive; Teachers action research will combine theory and practice. System of norms, rights and responsibilities delegated to enhance the autonomy of self-growth; democratic management of schools, highlighting the subjective development of teachers; empowerment, realization of the inherent nature of identity.
