Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Badminton Development In Colleges And Universities Of Hunan Province

With the increasing improvement of people's living standards,people are pursuing more spiritual food.Therefore,physical fitness has become an important part of people's physical fitness.Badminton,as a simple and small sport,is deeply loved by all walks of life and has developed rapidly in just a few decades.In recent years,some colleges and universities in Hunan Province have opened badminton courses,and actively promote the development of badminton.There are some bottlenecks in the process of development that need to be improved.Therefore,from the perspective of combining theory with practice,this study deeply analyzes the influencing factors in the development of badminton in Hunan Province,and provides for the development of badminton in Hunan Province.Some valuable reference materials,and explore the effective development of University Badminton New path.This paper takes "the development of badminton in Hunan universities" as the research object,and takes some teachers and students in 10 colleges and universities in Hunan Province as the research object.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the present situation of facilities,teachers,training,certificate level,teaching status and learning of badminton courses in Hunan universities and colleges.Students' learning motivation and hobbies are investigated and analyzed.The results show that:(1)The development of badminton in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province has gone through four stages,namely the initial stage,stagnation stage,development stage and prosperity stage.(2)Through investigation,it is found that college students in Hunan Province do not know enough about badminton and have low interest in badminton;the evaluation index of professional titles is single,which makes it difficult for teachers to devote themselves wholeheartedly to badminton teaching;the curriculum arrangement is unreasonable,and the learning effect is difficult to guarantee;the facilities of colleges and Universities are short,and students spend a lot on after-school practice.Fewer activities,lack of communication between universities and other issues.(3)In the face of the new era,the development of badminton in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province can proceed from the following aspects: publicizing the function of sports items,enhancing students' interest in participating;optimizing the curriculum of projects to meet students' multiple needs;strengthening the training of teachers and improving the level of teaching specialty;strengthening the construction of sites and facilities to provide teaching and training guarantees;attaching importance to the integration of social resources and creating brand competition.
