New Teaching Course Reform impel the development, research and application of the sentimental Experiencing Instruction. The article proves the scientific and maneuverability of this new teaching methods from the theory and application of the sentimental experiencing instruction.There is three parts in this article.Part 1: the article narrates the drawback of Traditional Ideology and Politics Teaching in summary, then recounts the Sentimental Experiencing Instruction emerged from the development of new courses.Part 2: the article expounds and proves the scientific of the Sentimental Experiencing Instruction from the view of theory. According to Constructivism, The Humanistic Theory and Social Learning Theory, the article also analyses what the Sentimental Experiencing Instruction is and its features, types, principles and significances.Part 3: The maneuverability of the Sentimental Experiencing Instruction in Ideology and Politics Teaching in Junior middle school was elaborated from the point of application, The article deals with the Sentimental Experiencing Instruction style, teaching strategy and active teaching and the location of the teacher's role. The teaching strategy principally involves situated instruction and active teaching. It is the focal point, concerned with the approach of studying the sentimental experiencing. The specific teaching steps include the following five: Kindle the passion, Will of adamant, Experiencing knowledge, Transform the knowledge and Moral practice.
