Trying to give it a bit of thought, requesting a teacher to teach students with different methods, developing a question to the different degrees. The difficulty with pooling the wisdom of different teachers to teach the same subject. Which is bigger? Can we reorganize the teachers' human resource, making the teachers' ability invest on the students with maximum limit and evenly. Carry on a kind of cooperation teaching mode of cross type? Hence we try this teacher- teacher to cooperate of teaching mode. The cross corpus is the teacher, cross after overlay of the object is students, crossing of the standard is various lesson types of English.The characteristics of this paper is that as based teachers, we lead some of teachers attend the operation. So it has some practical significance.In the competitive process ,we teachers have been enhanced at all levels. And the biggest beneficiaries are the students. Their position of being taught in the whole process has not changed, but it has a greater scope of the importation of knowledge. As the tree seedlings living in the greenhouse pots are transplanted to the outdoor ground, they have more opportunities to come into contact with different areas of expertise. Also in the process discover the link between them. Greatly increase the students' interest in learning English.
