The fulfillment of History ,the development of ages make people realized that science literacy is being the basic factor of society' devolpment. And the key of science literacy is the science teaching of senior high school. Chemistry is the important part of Course. Its quantity directly affect the quantity of course, and affect the education, in the end affect the realizing of course target, of course affect to educating of the students' Science Literacy. So, the research on chemistry textbook of senior high school bases on science literacy is a very worthy lesson. The paper establishes a research model bases on science literacy. Under the model, the paper researched from three aspect (the system construction,the presented way and the contents of material) using the method of text analysis, from the comparison research of "first course reform" and "second coursereform" ,getting a result——the advantage and lacks of "second course reform"chemistry textbook on educating the students' science literacy. Also, the paper bring up several suggestions on how to educating the students' science literacy availably making use of "second course reform" chemistry textbook. In addition, the paper made practice research base on questionnaire inquisition, combing study of theories and practice ,and brought up the suggestion. Finally present a sample of chemistry textbook under it.
