| We are earnest to know "what kind of curriculum will be the one that we are anticipating ", from "what is Chinese" to "how is the Chinese Curriculum", the Chinese Curriculum tracks down the way that it should follow. The new Chinese Curriculum as one kind of generating culture is gradually demonstrating its own culture characteristics which may helpful in establishing its own cultural identity. This thesis attempts to analyze and explain in what way the cultural identity of Chinese Curriculum is establishing by answering the questions related to why, how, where and what the Chinese Curriculum is generating. It concludes that the Chinese Curriculum has changed its noumenon from predetermined to becoming. The question that "what is the Chinese Curriculum" can hardly break away from its nature as a tool .My questioning of "how is the Chinese Curriculum" aims at anticipating a new curriculum culture that reveals the new identity of new curriculum. The generating Chinese Curriculum culture has is my new basic point for curriculum research and the implementation from ideal to practice.The paper consists of five parts:In the first chapter, the thesis mainly analyzes the question "why there should be a generating Chinese curriculum". This is the foundation of my research. Through insight into the thinking modes on the curriculum, from the profound historical background in the Chinese Curriculum develops, the paper sorts out different language viewpoints and the debates on the language nature in hundreds of years, revealing that Chinese curriculum can only exist as a tool. Thus the thesis offers its viewpoint that the Chinese curriculum should be generating rather than predetermined.In the second chapter, the thesis mainly discusses the question what is being generated. From the deep layer of cognitive curriculum —thinking mode transformation, the thesis explains the connotation of the generating nature of Chinese Curriculum, thus realizes that the Chinese Curriculum is in the process of a noumenon evolution and the new Chinese Curriculum as culture noumenon was born.
