Development and adaptation are the basic tasks in personal Life career, among which the social adaptation is the core of individual survival and development, while the learning adaptation is the main content of the youths'social adataption. Study is students'important activity in different schools, so is the students in medium professional schools. Nowadays medium professional education is one of the key ways to educate technical applying talents and to improve workers'qualities in our country. The higher or lower quality of learning in medium professional schools will greatly affect their psychological development, psychological health and further study as well. Furthermore, this will affect the integral quality of educating talents.Mongolian technical secondary school students are the organic past of ordinary technical secondary school students (concerning the whole), but they are special group. Their psychological behavior expresses a lot of different characteristics from the ordinary technical secondary school students. In this paper I mainly talk about the present situations of learning adaptation of Mongolian technical secondary school students in Inner Mongolia, then analyze and discuss the cause of its formation, and provide counter measures and suggestions to improve their learning adaptation.
