The use of English teaching methods in middle schools is not used rigidly, but used flexibly, "Creation is living"(Hu Chundong).In order to solve the problems existing in Junior Middle School English teaching,for example, most of the teachers and students have been spending much time teaching and studying but many students still can't learn English well; specially, in order to solve the problems existing in our school,such as,the phenomenon of obvious polarization and the low level of English as a whole. The writer of this paper puts her heart into the experiment about teaching reform in her school and put forward a new English teaching method "the Grouping and Interactive Delamination Teaching in Junior Middle School English Class" by having studied many English language theories and theories about education and psychology and by summarizing her several years' teaching experiences. "Grouping and Interactive Delamination Teaching in Junior Middle School English Class" is a new teaching style of delamination teaching. It is mainly used in classroom teaching. It means the teacher divides the whole class into several groups in which the students' level is nearly equal. The grouping is based on the level of students' English knowledge, the habit of action and interest and hobby. Inside or outside groups the students put up researchingand discussing. At last they cooperate to finish the learning tasks together. In order to make a further test about the effect of this teaching method, the writer did an experiment which lasted for two phases. The first is the one of exploration and the second is the one of formal experiment. The results of this experiment are: This method helps to improve the interest of the students in English; This method helps to develop the self—consciousness of the students; This method helps to improve the scores of the students' English examination..
