A Study On The Classroom Pedagogical Skill Of Normal Senior Student

The teacher education is going on in the direction of teacher professionalism in recent years, the reforming direction and creative point in the teacher education in normal university is how to cultivate the professional teacher. The classroom pedagogical skill is one important factor in the teacher's profession skills. So every student who majors in physics education should accept special training in order to get prepared for being an proficient teacher.Four basic viewpoints and classification researches of classroom pedagogical skill were surveyed in the theory part, and according to the teaching workflow, joining together our country the actual circumstance of the classroom teaching now, the classroom pedagogical skills are divided into the pedagogical skills before the class, the pedagogical skills on the class, the pedagogical skills after the class, and in turn, the three major kinds are subdivided into 14 classroom pedagogical skills, 14 classroom pedagogical behaviors which were selected from the teacher's pedagogical behavior of the each activity were set up for classroom pedagogical skills. Finally, the formation laws of the classroom pedagogical skills were discussed.The research subjects were senior students majoring in physics education from the college of physics in Soochow University, the research had been conducted in the period of educational practice, classroom observations were conducted earlier, and questionnaire survey later, in order to find out the condition and the contributing factors of their classroom pedagogical skills.The research shows that the students have problems in the pedagogical skills of...
