The Research Of Development Strategy Of High School In Nan'an District

This thesis is mainly focused on the developmental strategy of common high school. With ChongQing becoming the city direct under the jurisdiction of Central Government and China joining the WTO, the economy of Nan'an district has made a rapid progress and the educational demand has gradually increased. The old developmental strategy of common high school has fall behind, high school is becoming the bottleneck to restrict further development of education. So, this paper take the Nan'an district of ChongQing as a example, researching the high school and enacting the developmental strategy to adapt the strategy named "booming district by developing science and education" and realize the continual development of high school.The research of high school's strategy problem can not go away from the theory, So before concrete analyzing the high school of Nan'an district, this paper introduce the strategic theory firstly, including the theory of Three-facing-education by Deng XiaoPing, continual developing theory, prediction science, system science and developmental strategy of education. By using theory of continual development as basis and theory of Three-facing-education as guidance, according to the general mode of the theory of educational developmental strategy, the thesis apply the method of prediction science and system science to enact the developmental strategy of Nan'an's high school completely and systematically.According to the general process of enacting educational developmental strategy and the background of the Nan'an district, this paper analysis the external environment and the internal environment completely and systematically and point out that Nan'an district should take the positive developmental strategy of high school's prevalence. In short -term, we should depend on the development of hardware and educational quality, enlarge the educational investment, push the development of educational information, develop the excellent teachers, reinforce the plan and control of school's soil and standardize the school build. In long-term, we should gradually realize the educational property and comperhensivization, promote the development of the privately high school, ultimately actualize the obligatorily education of high school so as to raise the character of people.
