Baotou City Children's Leader Education Industry Co.,Ltd.is in preparation of starting.Based on above current the time background,policy background and industry market background,this company aims to preliminary joint existing private kindergarten in Baotou city into group operation and management.With the advantages of integration in human,financial and material resources,the combined company has ability to resist risks,of common struggles in the market competition,aiming at becoming competition power in pre-school education industry in Baotou city.In this paper,the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research objectives and research methods and contents.The second chapter is about investigation and analysis of the development status of pre-school education industry in Baotou city.The third chapter analyzes the macro environment and the industry environment in the terms of this company,for which clarifying the opportunities and threats.The fourth chapter is the capacity design for this company.The fifth chapter is to use SWOT tool to make a strategic choice for the company.The sixth chapter tells the development strategic measures of the company.Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect.Having a foothold on the early childhood education industry in Baotou City,it points out the development bottleneck of private kindergartens.Taking this as the axis,it shows the reasons for the establishment of Children's Leader Education Company and the possibility of its survival.Then,it is about using Porter's five-force model to analyze the five forces of the early childhood education industry environment in Baotou City,as well as using PESTEL to analyze the local macro environment,thereby clarifying the opportunities and threats for the company to enter the early childhood education industry.This is the first step of making corporate strategy.In such a living environment,it chases for designing the capability of the company,including analysis of core competitiveness and analysis of the value chain.The purpose of the analysis is to explicitly put forward the fundamental reliance on the survival and development of the company.Based on the above analysis,the SWOT tool was used to analyze in detail the strengths and weaknesses,the opportunities and threats faced by competitors,in order to make sure the company's strategic direction in the future development,and which strategies should be selected in the level of company's competition and in the level of company's development.After selecting of the specific strategy,during the implementation of the strategy,in order to ensure that the implementation results and the company's mission and business objectives minimize deviations,and in order to timely adjust the specific measures to be taken,it is made of three strategic measures from the three aspects of the organization structure,internal control and corporate culture.
