The Theory Of Enterprise Knowledge Management Applied On Middle School Teachers' Knowledge Management

Content: 21^st century is the knowledge economic times. Knowledge is the key factor which promotes its. prominent character and the advantages in competition. Nowadays, the development of the specialty and the diathesis is of the middle school teachers should be promoted, for the purpose of insuring the competition advantages of schools —the knowledge-intensive organization. However, most schools and teachers are not familiar with not only knowledge management but also teachers' knowledge management. For this reason, I have tried my best to study the middle school teachers' knowledge management by applying the theory of enterprise knowledge management. We give a systemic vision of enterprise knowledge management theory based on the reference to much of the overseas and domestic research fruit. It is the definition of enterprise knowledge, conception and connotation, course procedure theory truss, implement strategy that make up of the basic theory system of enterprise knowledge management. Combining this theory system and the closely correlative study-model organization theory with the concrete complexion of the middle school teaching and teachers, originally establish a series of theory system of middle school teachers' knowledge management, and put forward correlation implement notion.
