Nowadays science and technology have grown into an accelerated age, and international relations take place more frequently. Scientific speech, as a standard and normative language, has become more important. There are many gaps between the contemporary demands and the scientific speech investigation. Further more, people have not been focusing their attentions on the scientific speech in the context of Chinese curriculum.It is really a new perspective to investigate the scientific speech in the context of Chinese curriculum. In this article, I firstly review the scientific speech concept as well as its characteristics and function. Secondly, I concentrate my eyes on its status in the primary Chinese education, discovering its dilemma between ideal and reality. Therefore, I believe that the scientific speech should be essential content of primary Chinese curriculum, because it is constructing the Chinese teaching material, bridging all the primary educational means to ends, developing student's Chinese competence and turning into a full-man. In conclusion, I propose to build a scientific system of Chinese curriculum to meet the student's all-round development.It will be my pleasure to see that the article shall make people to attach importance to the scientific speech in primary Chinese curriculum.
