Bullying happens frequently in the life of adolescent. As the Gong-du school is the place where conduct disorder students gather, bullying is popular and diversiform. Presently, there are few studies on bullying behavior of Gong-du students. In this study, a modified version of Olweus Bullying Questionnaire was employed to evaluate the prevalence and major characterizes of school bullying. An interview outline about bullying situation designed by investigator was to explore students' attribution, empathy and moral judgments towards bullying. Cattlles'14PF questionnaire, Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstean (EMBU), Peer Relationship Scale, Social Support Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) were used to study the influence factors of bullying of Gong-du students. It was investigated in 7 Gong-du schools setting among 198 students. The results indicated as follows:1. The ratios of bullying increased with grade. Boys' ratios were higher than girls' and elder boys' were higher than younger boys'.2. Direct verbal bullying was the most common types of bullying behavior among Gong-du school. Boys' major bullying types were verbal and physical bullying, girls' were direct verbal bullying and indirect bullying.3. There are three roles assigned to the Gong-du students which were bullies, victims outsiders.4. Most students' attitude towards bullying is passive. Their affection of bullying is more positive than their action.5. In most bullying situation, students attribute bullying behavior to the victims' behavior problem.6. The degree of empathy was different among roles. Outsider had deep empathy than bullies.7. All the students made moral judgment correctly, but their behaviors were reverse.8. The major influence factors of bullying behavior were anxiety personality, parents' apathy, mother's rejection and lax control, hostile attribute and aggressive cope strategy.9. The major influence factors of being bullied were introverted personality, parents' predilection, diffident cope style and low social support.
