Instituting A New System Of Student Aid And Moral Education In The University Based On The Spirit Of People First

As the reforming of the charge system of university education and the enlargement in recruiting in our country, the number of the poor student in the university is increasing. That how to settle their economic problem, help them to shake themselves free from the burden and walk on the study road filled of the fine all-round development is becoming a problem attracting the universal attention. The thesis based on the status quo of the student aid in our country's university will search the effective integrate of the student aid and moral education.Based on the representative status quo of the five universities in Shanghai, such as Fudan University, Jiaotong University, ECNU, Shanghai University and East China University of Science and Technology, the peculiarity of the student aid job of our country is summarized in Chapter 1, such as the clear-point of the job, the diversification of the way, the integrity of the resource, and the markedness of the effect. Meanwhile, several main problems are analyzed, including that the traditional thinking of student aid, the unilateralism of the channel, the lack of the spirit and the disperse of the job and so on.How to combine the student aid with the moral education is discussed in Chapter 2. The substantive latent resources of the moral education are analyzed in the aspects of the effective realistic basement, the self-conscious participate subject, the extensive education object, the various education subject, the long-term education and the hidden education and so forth. On the basis of this, the importance of making the moral education as the core of the job of student aid is analyzed. And the abundant content of the student aid and moral education is epurated, the important ideas of whole-people moral education, the whole-face moral education and the whole-heart moral education are advanced.How to combine the student aid and moral education with the spirit of people first effectively is researched in Chapter 3. On the basis of the lack of the idea of people first in the student aid job in the university, this chapter emphasis the idea, and obtain the elicitation from the idea, including transiting work idea from "giving" to "teaching", the prolongation from the economic aid to the learning and spiritual aid, change from the unilateralism work model to the mutualism work model, turning from the student group effect to the compositive effect of student, school and society, veer from the unitary mechanism of depending on the part-time job to the diversity mechanism of integrating various resources.A new student aid system based on the spirit of the student first is instituted in Chapter 4. At first a student aid and moral education system is established based on the idea of student first, and expatiated concretely in six aspects. First is to settle a fundament by confirming the object and idealistic identity. Second is to hold the root of credibility by the job of the loan to help the students. Third is to extrude the moral education by the job of doing the part time job for study. Forth is to develop the care education by the network of student aid. Fifth is to improve the pertinency through establishing a network of aiding. Sixth is to strength the effective through activities of feeding back to the society.
