It is an important lifeline to guarantee secondary vocational education to survive and develop for teaching quality, regarded as the conventional method of the secondary vocational education teaching management, which is teaching evaluation, what's the relation between evaluation and teacher's professional development, how to promote the secondary vocational education teacher's professional development, as well as how to the present secondary vocational education's teaching evaluation promote or hinder teacher's professional development. These issues are always concerned by educational managers. In the foundation to these questions, I propose a program for promoting the secondary vocational education teacher's professional development.The thesis has four chapters.In the first chapter, I simply introduce the origin of the research, the goal, the method, and define key concepts, summarize the materials about the vocational education teacher professional development's connotation, analyze the relation between the evaluation and the teacher professional development.In the second chapter, I investigate the present teacher's evaluation system by sending out questionnaires and interviewing teachers and principals, and analyze the negative factors in the present teacher teaching evaluation.Through analysis, this research points out what leads to these problems is that the aims of current evaluation is punishments, rather than promotion of the professional development of teachers. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, this research introduces the developmental teaching evaluation theory. With the theory, the thesis proposes a set of evaluation programs with a view to overcoming the long-term disadvantageous factors.In the third chapter, the author has constructed a set of secondary vocational education teaching evaluation with developmental evaluation theory. From aspects of the teaching ability, the teaching work, the teaching effect, the teacher professional development, I construct a system of evaluation for inspecting the secondary vocational education comprehensively.In last chapter, in order to ensure implementation of developmental evaluation program smoothly, according to developmental evaluation implementation step, I divide the evaluation program implementation into the mobilization understanding stage, the actual operation stage, the summary stage, and I consider the effect and problems of the following developmental program implementation. |
