Teacher training is a powerful safeguard propelling curriculum reform, so it is necessary to study new curriculum teacher training. But with these existing studies, studies that are combined with subjects and are systemic are much less, which weakened greatly investigative instructional effects on practice of teacher training in a certain extent. Curriculum reform of higher school became one of focuses of educational circles, as Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan and Ningxia entered new curriculum experiment in senior high school in Sep.2004. And new curriculum physics teacher training in senior high school is paid more attention. But by now, serious lack of studies combined with subjects affects indirectly operation of new curriculum. In view of the shortcomings of the former studies, applying investigation, this dissertation appears Status Quo of new curriculum physics teacher training of senior high school from aim, curriculum and mode, and got affirmative and ameliorative aspects, all these provide some references to later physics teacher training.Study one got the detailed aim, curriculum and mode referred in teacher training projects though researching training projects, that provided realistic bases for compiling questionnaire. Study one can get the following conclusion:(1)The aims referred universally in the project of physics teacher training in senior high school are to understand the project, ideas, aims and policies of new curriculum; to command effective teaching methods and estimate of implementing new curriculum; to understand exactly The Curriculum Standards of Physics of Ordinary High School (Trial Edition); to use new teaching material in a creative way.(2)The courses setting more universal in physics teacher training are as follows: the project, ideas, aims and policies of new curriculum; understanding exactly The Curriculum Standards of Physics of Ordinary High School (Trial Edition); analyzing and studying physics teaching material of curriculum standards; physics teaching design according to new ideas; reform of teaching estimate.(3)The modes used in upwards of half physics teacher training are prelection, talking, case teaching and self-study.Study two asked the teachers for feedback on the new curriculum teacher training though questionnaire and interviews. It appears that:(1)Teachers who take in teacher training are affirmative to their change.
