In 2018,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national education conference that "teachers are engineers of human souls and inheritors of human civilization.They carry the important task of disseminating knowledge,disseminating ideas,spreading truth,shaping souls,shaping life and shaping new people"."Teachers are the first resource for the development of education and an important cornerstone for the prosperity of a country,the revitalization of the nation and the happiness of the people." The improvement of education quality depends on a team of teachers with excellent professional quality.The construction of teachers' team will directly affect the development and progress of the whole education.At present,with the rapid development of the world,new things emerge in endlessly,and the update of knowledge is faster and faster.In order to adapt to the development of the times,lifelong learning has become an inevitable choice.It used to be said,"to give students a glass of water,you have to have a bucket of water." In today's changing society,students' cognitive level also has a higher starting point with the development of the times."A bucket of water" has been far from arousing the interest of students who are impacted by the wave of information.To give students a cup of water,teachers themselves must have the "source of knowledge".If we are only satisfied with the knowledge we have at present,we will be eliminated by the society sooner or later.In this situation,only by setting up the idea of lifelong learning,improving their professional knowledge and teaching ability through continuous learning,and having enough grasp of the subjects they teach,can teachers improve the teaching effect and meet the students' desire for knowledge.For teachers,teachers promote their professional development through lifelong learning,which is also to adapt to the actual requirements of the current education development.In the professional development of teachers,post service education and training plays a key role.Vocational Education(vocational education is different from post service education,which refers to post service education)development and implementation effect will directly affect and determine the quality of teachers' professional development.This study takes the high school physics teachers as theresearch object,takes the current situation of high school physics teachers' post service education as the theme,and uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey to explore the theory and practice of teachers' post service education.In the process of specific research and analysis,referring to the relevant domestic and foreign research results of "Teacher Continuing Education","teacher professional development",etc.,based on the theory of teacher professional development,lifelong education and learning,the paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate and analyze the actual situation of more than 40 high school physics teachers in a certain area.Through the research,it is found that the current situation of high school physics teachers' post service education is not optimistic and there are many problems.Among them,the content quality of post service education and training is not high,the pertinence is not strong,the overall effect is poor,it is difficult to give teachers? There are still a series of problems,such as insufficient post service education time,single training content of teachers' participation,deviation of teachers' consciousness,lack of training system and system construction.The practical problems existing in Teachers' post service education are also the causes of the poor effect of post service education.Through the preliminary analysis of the problems,this study also puts forward some preliminary suggestions: increase the intensity of post service education and training,optimize the training content;clarify the actual needs of teachers,change the concept of teachers;improve the system of teachers' post service education and training,and strengthen the implementation of supervision and evaluation.
