As a kind of scientific education philosophy idea, human-orientation is a brand-new idea, and it is also a cardinal principle of ideological and political education. The utilization of human-oriented thoughts in university moral education not only provides the new theory growing point for the university moral education, also is inevitable trend of the university student ideological and political education moving towards scientific style and the modernization.From the development of the human-oriented thought, this article has explored the production and the development of the human-oriented thought, and it has analyzed its limitation and the universal significance. Marx's human-oriented thought had inherited the positive achievement of the western human-oriented thought, whose starting point is the people in realistic society, but not the abstract person, and Marx's person's full scale development theory is the base of his human-orientated thought. The human-orientated thought of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintaot is on the base of Marx's human-oriented thought, at the same time unified with the Chinese socialist construction reality, which is the continuation and development of Marx's human-oriented thought in china. The utilization to the university moral education of the human-orientated principle has formed the moral education with human-orientation, which is the guiding principle of the university moral education, and it has important significance to the development and innovation of the university moral education. It has changed the phenomenon in the traditional moral education, such as excessively brominating teacher's leading role, neglecting students' main-body nature, overemphasizing student's social need, neglecting student's self- need, overemphasizing unifies and obeys, neglecting the innovation of the individuality, using excessively the management function, neglecting education role, excessively taking the political nature and the decided standard, neglecting the close to university student's life and so on ,and it has established moral education idea of taking the university student as the main body, respecting the university student and taking university student's individuality development as the core position in the full scale development of university student. It has inspired that the university moral education should changed from materialization to human nature, from limitation to liberation, from the seal to the opening, from instillation to exchange, from sole to comprehension, from heartless to feels emotion.
